regard, you hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that we are permitted to disclose your
Personal Data to such Third-Party Processors (whether located within or outside Singapore)
for one or more of the above Purposes and for the Third-Party Processors to subsequently
collect, use, disclose and/or process your Personal Data for one or more of the above
Purposes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, such Third-Party Processors include:

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
14.1. | We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time by giving notice to Users on this page and possibly within the Website and/or, as far as technically and legally feasible, sending a notice to Users via any contact information available to Innovenx. Significant changes will go into effect 30 days following such notification. Non-material changes or clarifications will take effect immediately. It is strongly recommended to review the Website and this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. |
